sBrightDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit
√ No need for any change in protocol, settings or analysis parameters √ High Performance for sequencing of GT-rich regions √ Uniform peak hights and optimal signal balance √ Reduce your costs √ Robust design for high success rates
IntroductionThe BrightDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit is a reagent used for labeling the dideoxynucleoside triphosphates using the Sanger sequencing method. This facili-tates their identification when the products of DNA sequencing reac-tions are separated by gel or by capillary electrophoresis. Bright-Dye® Terminator Cycle Sequenc-ing Kit is compatible with v3.1 sequencing chemistry setting. Ideal for de novo sequencing, re-sequencing and finishing with PCR product, Plasmid, Cosmid and BAC templates.
Guaranteed PerformanceAll BrightDye® Terminator se-quencing reagents are tested twice for quality. First for correct formulation and secondly for con-sistent and reliable performance on sequencing systems.

FastGene® DyeTerminator Removal Kit
√ Manual sequencing product purification √ Cost efficient √ Long shelf life - storage at room temperature
High quality purification of DyeTerminator sequencing reactions by gel-filtration
IntroductionFastGene® DyeTerminator Re-moval Kit removes unincorperat-ed DyeTerminator molecules from sequencing samples using an ef-ficient and reasonably priced gel filtration. The Kit includes the gel filtration, resuspension buffer and filter spin columns. An Aliquot of the matrix is mixed with resus-pension buffer, then the equili-brated matrix is transferred to the filter spin column. After a brief spin down, up to 20 µl of the se-quencing reaction mix can be pu-rified on one column.

SpecificationsThe maximum sample volume is 20 µl sequencing reaction. The ob-tained DNA recovery is over 90%.
The desired DNA is eluted by a fi-nal centrifugation step. All kits can be stored at room temperature.
This figure shows the long read lengths with BrightDye® Terminator on a 3730XL Genetic Analyzer. pGEM control DNA was used in combination with M13 primers. Sequences were run under filter set Z.

sD-pure™ DyeTerminator Removal Kit
√ Proprietary formula √ No C-degradation √ Very Competitive prices
IntroductionD-pure™ DyeTerminator remov-al kit is a magnetic bead-based high-throughput purification method for DNA sequencing reac-tions. The kit consists of a mag-netic bead solution and an elu-tion buffer. Each component has been optimized for removing salts and unincorporated DyeTermina-tors from DNA sequencing reac-tion mixtures. The purified DNA products are more stable than the leading competitor’s magnetic beads. The system can be eas-ily adapted in your current liquid handling system. Please visit our website for the Hamilton applica-tion note, describing how to use D-pure in an automated liquid handling system.

Fluorescent DNA Size Standards
√ Red DNA Size Standard (GeneScan™ 500 ROX® alternative)
√ Orange DNA Size Standard (GeneScan™ 500 LIZ® alternative) √ Double Peak DNA Size Standard for monitoring resolution performance
of the installed capillary arrays
IntroductionMCLAB’s DNA Size Standard prod-ucts are internal lane standards that are intended to be used in assigning sizes to DNA fragments on fluorescence-detecting instru-ments. The common applica-tions include genotyping and DNA fragment Analysis. Each of these standards consists of 15 DNA fragments, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490 and 500 bp. The fragments are single-stranded and fluorescence-labeled either with carboxy-x-rhodamine (ROX® dye) or MCLAB’s proprietary fifth orange dye. Size fragments are evenly distributed and can be used for very accurate size calling. Compatible with ABI Genetic Ana-lyzers: 310, 3100, 3130/3130XL, 3500 and 3730/3730XL.
Assign sizes to DNA fragments
Red DNA Size StandardThis size standard has been adapted to DNA fragment analysis software, e.g. GeneMapper® and Peak Scanner® by using the same parameters as ABI’s GS 500 ROX® Size Standard.
Orange DNA Size StandardThe orange DNA size standard can be used with the same settings as for ABI’s GS 500 LIZ® size stand-ard.
Double Peak DNA Size StandardThis size standard is similar to the red DNA size standard, except every fragment is accompanied by an one-base-plus band. For ex-ample, 50 becomes 50 and 51, 75 becomes 75 and 76, etc. This sin-gle base separation is very useful for monitoring the performance of the installed capillary arrays.

Introduction310 Capillaries are bare fused silica capillary tubing’s, 47cm x 50μm (36 cm well-to-read) and 61cm x 50μm (50 cm well-to-read). They are designed and optimized for fragment analysis or sequencing applications on 310 Genetic Analyzer.
Name Description P/N
310 Capillary 47 cm, 5 pieces CAP-47
310 Capillary 61 cm, 2 pieces CAP-61
