Remove all parts from the carton and separate them into part number groups as indicated in the parts list. B. To begin assembly, place the base (2) upside down and insert feet (1) into the bottom of base (2). C. D. Place the cushion (4) upside down on the carpet and attach the central post (3) (with front of central post facing the front of cushion) by using 3/4” screws (5). Tighten the screws. E. Place the assembled cushion on top of the base (2) and press down until fully engaged. Periodically (every 90 days) make sure that the screws are still fully tightened. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use the plastic cover as a head covering. It may cause suffocation. 5. Do not use the product as a stepladder. 6. To clean the product, use only a clean cloth. The use of chemicals or cleaning products may affect the color fastness. 7. Use this product for its intended purpose only. 8. Do not use foot rest as a seating surface. 9. Do not allow children to play on or near the foot rest.

INSTRUCTIONS
