Items you need

Vet WrapBandage ScissorsDuct TapeElastikon Diaper Poultice

Step 1: Apply poultice to hoof with a clean non-adherent pad or diaper.

Step 2: Place diaper on hoof and secure with vet wrap.

Step 3: Place pre-made Duct tape patch on solar surface of hoof.

Step 4: Secure with Duct tape taking caution not to place Duct tape directly on the skin.

Step 5: Apply Elastikon to secure top of bandage.

Sometimes an Easy Boot with a light bandage can be substituted for a full foot bandage
