The new Hygienic range

The Hygienic line is born to help prevent bacterical

contamination of products being processed in the production

lines where IRINOX enclosures are used, thus protecting both

workers and end users.

Like all IRINOX products, the Hygienic line is made of

stainless steel, a material that is commonly used in the food

and chemical/pharmaceutical industry for its features of non-

toxicity and corrosion resistancy.

The new design simpli�es cleaning especially in the most

critical parts and thus guarantees a high level of hygiene and

protection, above all in environments where strict cleanliness

standards are a prerequisites.

Improved cleanliness also means better ef�ciency.

Watertight stainless steel junction boxes speci�cally

designed for use in environments where stringent hygiene

standards are in place. Easy to clean, �tted with a food grade

FDA-approved silicon gasket.

• Standard realization: thickness 1 mm

• Easily cleaned and hygienic thanks to the special design

of the pro�le, ideal for use in the food industry;

• Versions W=90 mm and W=100 mm: with 2 �xing points;

• Version 30 30 and 30 40: 1,2 mm thick top panel;

• Standard equipment: 4 hex socket screws + 4 slot screws

supplied not assembled (see photos 4a, 4b page 13);

• M5 bushes;

• Standard FDA and UL certi�ed silicon gasket;
