FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT -- 5 U.S.C. 552 DEMAND & REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED REVIEWDear Mr. Bordley & Ms. Woods:

This is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demand for one (1) limited category of information in your possession regarding the U.S. Marshals Service in all ninety-four (94) U.S. districts: All information in your possession relating to the non authorized use of the U.S. Marshals Services indoor/outdoor gun ranges in all ninety-four (94) U.S. districts for the last ten years. (Please note: the records relating to the district of Maryland have already been requested in the below FOIA request and do not require a redundant production.)

Please consider this a second and separate request to your office from my earlier FOIA/ PA Request No.: 2015USMS27479.

I ask that this new request be expedited because of pending litigation in case no.: 15-cv-00199-DAF (D.Md.).

RE: THE U.S. MARSHALS SERVICES INDOOR/OUTDOOR GUN RANGES IN ALL NINETY-FOUR (94) U.S. DISTRICTSPlease provide all documents, materials, and/or any information in your possession relating in any way to the following:

1) All locations of any USMS gun ranges in any of the ninety-four (94) U.S. districts for the last ten (10) years, either permanent or temporary.

2) All visitor logs for non U.S. DOJ visitors to the subject gun ranges for the last ten (10) years.

3) All documentation or correspondence with non U.S. DOJ visitors relating in any way to the subject gun ranges for the last ten (10) years.

4) Records of any payments and/or donations of any kind received from non U.S. DOJ visitors to the subject gun ranges for the last ten (10) years.

5) The name and/or names of the Deputy U.S. Marshals and/or U.S. DOJ personnel, both by district and/or nationally, in charge of the subject gun ranges for the last ten (10) years.

6) The names of all U.S. judges, whether magistrate, district, or appellate, who have used the subject gun ranges in the last ten (10) years, including the dates and times of each usage.

7) All photographs of any U.S. judges taken while at the subject gun range(s) for the last ten (10) years.

8) Any targets left at the subject gun ranges and/or with any USMS office by any U.S. judge for the last ten (10) years.

9) Any firearms instruction of any kind given to U.S. judges while at the subject gun ranges, and, if so, the names of any, and all, instructors, for the last ten (10) years.

Please affirmatively grant or deny this request by the limited time required under the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. 552, which is twenty (20) days from the receipt of this email.

Please feel to contact me if there is anything I can do to help the government narrow and/or better define their search for the requested information.

I request that all communications in this matter be in real time by supplied email and copied, if necessary only, by regular U.S. mail.I hope this letter finds you both well.
