• Retrieve the child
• Deactivate foster child’s PAN
• Mark the child “No Longer Foster”
• If family does not have an active eWIC card, assign one
• Issue benefits at current pro-ration amount
• Only call the State Office for an Account Balance Correction if the biological family reports they received benefits redeemed with the child’s eWIC card
