“The Intentional Parent ~ Character First”

OVERVIEW Parents have a key role to play in building their children’s character and nurturing positive character values starts at home. This workshop seeks to: 1. inspire parents to be more intentional in the character development of their children, and learn why character truly determines success. 2. guide parents in learning how to use the Parents’ Toolkit on Character Development to complement their child’s character development at home. SPEAKER’S PROFILE : MS PEH LAI GEK Our trainer / facilitator, Ms Peh Lai Gek, has more than 20 years of experience working with children. A Financial Controller by trade, she has been actively involved in Girl’s Brigade and children work. Ms Peh is a certified Behavioral Consultant with numerous certificates in counselling skills and therapy, and has been conducting character programmes, home visits and counselling at-risk children with TOUCH Family Services since 2007.
