The Wirecut Machines easily handle various dough types including soft, semi-solid and extra stiff dough such as cookies, brownies, energy bars and gluten free dough with particulates such as nuts, seeds, raisins or flavored chips and chunks.

Can be rigid mounted onto band oven feed or be built onto a mobile “H” frame design to span a band oven conveyor. This system allows for roll-in-roll-out placement over single or multiple oven bands.
