COVRE Manifatture nasce e si sviluppa nel cuore della Brianza, dove è situato lo stabilimento di 2000 mq

con 30 dipendenti.

In quella sede, dalla progettazione all’industrializzazione, si sviluppano tutte le attività che

portano alla creazione del prodotto, tramite sistemi CAD/CAM, sistemi per l’elettroerosione e macchine

CNC per le lavorazioni meccaniche.

COVRE Manifatture has been founded and it develops in the heart of Brianza, where the plant of 2000 sqm

with 30 employees is located.

In that area from project design until engineering, all activities are developed, which bring to the product

creation, through CAD/CAM systems, electroerosion and CNC machines to carry out

all machining on the items.

Amongst those products the polymeric systems MSP are a new generation of sealants and

adhesives, solvent and isocyanate free. The MSP Retefix are a valid eco-friendly alternative

with higher performance than polyurethane. Those are used in all industrial domains having

special needs, such as the possibility to paint, the UV resistance, the high thixotropy and the

stickiness capability to the most various materials without using the primer.

Gli adesivi poliuretanici Retefix sono sistemi mono e bicomponenti tissotropici che induriscono a

temperatura ambiente, formando polimeri con un vantaggioso rapporto tra flessibilità e coesione, cosa che li rende estremamente tenaci, duraturi e con comportamento elastico entro un ampio intervallo di temperature.

Sono ideali per incollare metalli, plastiche ed altri materiali; mostrano buona resistenza ai solventi ed agli

agenti chimici, all’acqua, basi ed acidi diluiti.

Aderiscono sui materiali più comunemente utilizzati nell’industria.

Retefix polyurethane adhesives are one or two-component thixotropic systems that cure at room temperature with atmospheric moisture, forming polymers with a good flexibility-cohesion ratio, making them extremely strong, durable and elastic even at particularly low or high temperatures.

Excellent for bonding metal, plastic and other materials, they show also high resistance to solvents, chemical agents, water, diluted acids and alkalis. Perfect adhesion to most materials generally used in the industry sector.

GIULIO COVRE has been founded in 1980 and rapidly imposed itself in the field of

cowhide-working, thanks to the high specialization featuring the products.

Covre decides to develop the collection starting to produce small accessories in

cowhide e cuoietto, finished with hand stitches or machine stitches, available in

several colour tones, produced and designed following the nowadays Customer

requirements.

Responding to the most severe production rules, using the best quality materials and

taking care of all features on each element, Covre reaches an important aim

after twenty years of activity.

La scaffalatura per cabina armadio in cuoietto. La qualità del materiale è esaltata dalla finezza e

dalla sapienza delle cuciture. Ogni singolo componente è rifinito a mano

secondo le regole dell’antica tradizione della selleria italiana. Innovativo l’uso del vetro temperato abbinato al cuoietto,

che consente di ottenere ripiani di sottile spessore ma di robusta tenuta.

Each component is remarkably hand finished according to the rules of the ancient italian leather tradition.

La AHT-Beschläge GmbH è specializzata nello sviluppo e distribuzione di ferramenta e accessori per l’industria

del mobile. L’Azienda ha iniziato con la fornitura di prodotti eseguiti

AHT-Beschläge GmbH, was founded in Solingen (Germany). The Company specialised in the development and the distribution of hardware for the furniture-industry and at the beginning the focus was set on the production of special OEM parts. Due to the experience achieved with the German furniture-industry and due to the good contacts to foreign markets, such as Italy, where in 2001 a branch-office has been established, the AHT product-range has been continuously developed further.

Today AHT can offer contemporary products at attractive conditions to customers in the woodworking-, automotive- and metalworking industry, despite today still an important share of the business-volume can be attributed to special OEM products. Thanks to the cooperation with the Italian company EFFEGI BREVETTI from 1994 the product-range has been completed with a vast number of innovative items, which have set global trends in the furniture-production.The cooperation start with the Australian company ZIPBOLT™ on the German and Italian market, in January 2007, represents an important enrichment of our product-range.

DMM L’Azienda – The Company

DMM produces components for the furniture industry. With 40 years experience, the Company is working in a layout area of 6.000 sqm, of which 5.200 are devoted to the Production Dept. and 800 to the offices. DMM has a staff of 90 people and it is endowed with a wide range of equipments, from the typical ones for metal machining until the more advanced combining laser cutting and punching centres.

During the years DMM has reached high specialization in producing metal furniture components mostly made in stainless steel aisi 304. The production involves both serial and made to measure orders. As to the made to measure, DMM currently produces just in time and on the custom design about 20.000 pieces pro year, with a lead time of 15 working days.

DMM produce componenti in metallo, in esclusiva e su disegno del Cliente.

Con una superficie di 6000 mq, di cui 5200 dedicati alla produzione e 800 agli uffici e un organico di 90

persone, la DMM è dotata di un equipaggiamento di macchinari, che vanno da quelli tipici della

metalmeccanica sino ai più moderni centri di lavoro a tecnologia combinata di taglio laser e punzonatura.

Nel corso degli anni DMM si è specializzata nella produzione di componenti d’arredamento in metallo,

in particolare acciaio e acciaio inox aisi 304, delle macchine per la lavorazione del legno, delle caldaie a

muro, dell’illuminotecnica, del contract e degli espositori. Nel flusso produttivo convergono

commesse di serie e su misura. In particolare in questa seconda categoria, DMM produce seguendo

la metodologia just in time 20.000 pezzi diversi all’anno, con un lead time di 15 giorni lavorativi.
