Elastopan S Feel Wood is an environ-mental ly sustainable, water
blownshoe system and is manufacturedusing a new combination of
rawmaterials. These soles are producedin a closed mould l ike other
shoe systems. The wood grain effect isapplied to the sole via the
mould,producing the typical wood feel. Solesare then varnished to
accentuate thespecial wood grain appearance.
The surface structure of the sole isvery easy to process and
refine andpolyurethane is simple to dye. Colourtone, nuances,
special colour effectsand other motifs are simple toachieve.
High-grade cherry wood,beech effect or other f inishes areeasy to
repl icate and the systemoffers excel lent adherence to
othermaterials part icularly varnish.
