    Proposals for aLow Carbon Economy

At the Assembly we will launch a report to

the Club of Rome for a climate-stable andresource-efficient economy. The underlyingeconomic model displays the effects of sus-tainability interventions, such as fiscal meas-ures, treaties and regulation, proving that aflourishing economy is feasible with a drasticreduction in (carbon) energy use and a parallelincrease in resource efficiency.
