DOUBLE-WALL CONSTRUCTIONAll Matco Toolboxes have double walls internally reinforced with vertical L-channels to increase the load capacity and rigidity to prevent cracking and distortion over time.

STRUCTURAL TORQUE TUBES16 gauge steel structural torque tubes are welded the full width of your Matco Toolbox reinforcing the work surface and distributing weight across the entire structure.

REINFORCED BOTTOM PANELMatco Toolboxes have an unshakable foundation due to 14 gauge steel channels welded along the length of the bottom panel.

DRAWER CONSTRUCTIONEach Matco drawer has more than 20 bends for a more durable, strong and rigid design to handle any load.

HEAVY-DUTY ROLLER BEARING DRAWER SLIDESMatcos roller-bearing slides have tremendous load capacity and have been equipped with a quick-release mechanism for easy and fast drawer removal. The slides have adjustable detents that enable you to control how much force is needed to open each drawer.
