presents this gift of health to women who are the Family Medical
Officers (FMOs). We invite you to sign-up for the AIM to Prevent
screening program, and get a FREE advanced laboratory test in this
limited time offer.
WHY ADVANCED LAB TESTING? Being of Indian descent, you are
predisposed to heart disease and diabetes. And, traditional testing
underestimates risks.

Asian woman If you have not previously participated in the Center's

AIM TO PREVENT: AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR FAMILYS HEALTH. You pay
only a one-time processing fee of $49 South Asian Heart Center
covers your advanced laboratory test, and
all the services of the AIM to Prevent program, including
counseling on Lifestyle MEDS, ongoing heart health coaching, and
annual follow-ups
Your spouse/partner pays $49 and the insurance OOP cost for the
lab test OR, a flat fee of $125 for the lab test ($49 processing
fee is waived)
