Description o# the Apparatus.
The apparatus consists of a transparent rectangular water tan1 that
supports a counter alance arm. Attache$ to the counter alance
arm is a toroi$al ,ua$rant. The tan1 has a $rain at one en$ an$ a
le-eling screw at each corner of its ase. n the top e$ge of the
tan1 are two 1nife e$ge supports that hol$ the counter alance
arm. The counter alance arm has an a$Lustale weight at one en$
