BättigValves are designed specifically fordemanding applications found in theaerospace, gas production and researchindustries. They are designed with globebodies, high pressure metal bellows seals,integral seats and a floating plug, whichassures both zero leakage and exceptionallytight shutoff. Designed to meet the stringentdemands of high purity gas applications, thevalve body’s internal surfaces are highlypolished (including an electro-polish option)and the valve is assembled in a special cleanroom. Valves come equipped for manualoperation or pneumatic diaphragm actuation.

GestraThe ZK Series of control valves use a radialstage nozzle as the control element and aredesigned for service conditions which requirehigh differential pressure. The pressure drop isdecreased in the radial stage nozzle in severalstages, so that flow velocity is reduced andleads to considerable reduction in wear andnoise level. The dual (tandem) shut-offcombines the function of a conventionalisolation valve and a control function offeredby the regulating cone.

NAFNAF control valves are the result of over acentury of development together with the Pulp& Paper industry. Severe applications andhigh demands on continuous operation andlow maintenance cost have resulted in aunique control valve package.Core values are compact mounting, modulardesign and maintenance free solutions.The same valves are used for control, on/offand manual applications and can easily bemodified with soft or metal seats. Thismodular design reduces inventory and makesit easy to automate already installed manualvalves. KämmerActuators: Widely known for their versatilediaphragm design, easy installation andsimplified maintenance. The actuators havemuch higher thrust capabilities (up to 3500daN), in a compact design and are lighter inweight. By using stainless steel material theactuator series 2 have far reaching resistanceto corrosion even without a protective coating.Actuator series 1 for laboratory applications aremanufactured from aluminium and coated withepoxy resin. Actuator series 3 for heavy-dutyapplications have thrust forces up to 10,000 daN. Kämmer actuators feature amultiple spring design for improved safety in thefail-safe mode, and for easily increasing thrustcapabilities.

Positioners: Rugged build to withstand outsideshocks without affecting accuracy. Calibrationis simple with minimal interaction between thesignal range and zero, allowing each to beadjusted individually. Kämmer electro-pneumatic positioners are built to intrinsicallysafe standards. The positioner can be of thepneumatic or electro-pneumatic design as both

Control ValvesThe ZK Series of control valves use a radialstage nozzle as the control element and aredesigned for service conditions which requirehigh differential pressure. The pressure drop isdecreased in the radial stage nozzle in severalstages, so that flow velocity is reduced andleads to considerable reduction in wear andnoise level. The dual (tandem) shut-offcombines the function of a conventionalisolation valve and a control function offeredby the regulating cone.

Leak rates in accordance with DIN 3230 B01or ANSI Class V. Max. differential pressure560 bar (8120 psi). The seat is completelyexchangeable with the valve body in the line.DN 25 -65 mm (1- 2 1/2") : Straight through orangle valve.DN 80-125 mm (3 - 5") : Angle valve(precision forged body).
