Have you ever found yourself so completely immersed in a task that hours flew by unnoticed? Or been so absorbed with what you are doing, that the doing became the goal in itself, and the results left you on a high, full of energy and feeling beyond accomplished? Then it’s likely that you’ve experienced the effortless state of performance, known as flow.
Some of the worlds elite, like the Navy Seals, Google, Fortune 500 companies, and elite sports teams are known to use flow to create cutting-edge performances. And in sport it’s often referred to as being ‘in the zone’, or known as runners high.

Put simply, flow is often the stuff that happens when others said it wasn’t humanly possible. As a result, flow, at its best, can make us feel super human. The best version of ourselves, helping us feel our most confident, most productive and most ourselves.
However flow is commonly misunderstood. Often put on a pedestal and turned into something that is elusive and exclusive, only for the elite. And if we manage to achieve flow we put it down to chance or a fluke.
The best thing is that flow is actually accessible to everyone. Some even say it is our birth-right! And when we know how to trigger it, the likelihood of creating flow becomes more achievable, and consequently the results, feelings and life impacts, become more accessible to us as well.

THE WIM HOF METHOD & NIGEL BEACH
In this unique workshop, Nigel Beach, a physiotherapist of over 2 decades and one of the few certified Wim Hof Instructors worldwide, will guide you through the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method (WHM).
These techniques Dutchman Wim Hof developed and used to find peace, control his autonomic nervous system, and achieve a high level of human performance, establishing 26 world records, including; climbing Mount Everest in shorts, running a marathon barefoot above the polar circle and standing immersed in ice for nearly 2 hours.
Your experience will include teachings around why we need to use Wim’s method, how you can influence your own physiology and how we can break through what we thought possible.
You will be immersed in the profound experience as we explore the 3 pillars of the method: Breathing Exercises, Cold Exposure, and Mindset/Focus. You will be learning, moving, breathing, expanding your human potential and conquering an ice bath!
The small group will allow you to get personal instruction and come away with the tools, training, and knowledge to begin or upgrade your daily practice in the Wim Hof Method.

• Full day workshop:$445 plus GST
• Participants: Places are limited to a maximum of 20 to create a close-knit intimate learning experience

For us to get results I'll need you to be
willing to team up with me, to lean into
the vulnerability of change and
probably unlearn some habits that no
longer serve you.
You’ll also need to be ready for
success. Success that you thought
might be reserved for others. And
success that will keep you grounded in
what really matters and on top of your
game.
I’m a certified Neuroleadership coach, a
qualified personal trainer, and have
almost two decades of experience
working in vitality & performance, team
development, mindset development,
leadership, and creating solutions to
help athletes, leaders and organisations
succeed.
Having worked in some complex and
challenging environments, I have 'in the
trenches' knowledge (and some good
war stories) of how to make change
really stick.
Alongside of this, I’m a health and
fitness enthusiast. You’ll often find me
extending my own limits trekking up
mountains, training for a half-iron
man, in the gym, mountain biking,
surfing, snowboarding and road or dirt
biking.
With me you won’t get band-aid
solutions or dusty folders sitting on the
shelf from that training you once went
to. My work is founded on transforming
with the brain in mind, and a belief that
the best ideas and actions are those
that are driven from our own intuitive
knowledge.
I’ve also been told I have a bit of a
knack for ‘just knowing’ what each
person needs to do to make their
changes stick, so no cookie cutter
solutions here – just real, aligned and
meaningful, applied change.
