INTRODUCTION
MCNADental (MCNA) has a contract with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administrationto provide dental services to people with Medicaid. This is called the Florida Dental HealthProgram (DHP). You are enrolled in our dental health plan. This means that we will offeryou Medicaid dental services. We work with a group of dental providers to help meet yourdental needs.
At MCNA, we care about your smile. It is important to us that our members know how totake good care of their teeth. The first step is to pick a dentist from this Provider Directoryto meet your dental needs. The dentists in this Provider Directory are contracted with us to offer dental services.The Directory also tells you which dentist you can go to when you need special dental care. You can pick fromone of our dentists who are located close to where you live or work. You can also pick a dentist that speaksthe same language as you. Some dentists may choose not to perform certain services based on religious or moral beliefs. In these cases,you must call the State’s Enrollment Broker at 18777113662 (TDD 18664674970). The Enrollment Brokerwill help you find a provider for these services.

• Office Hours: The hours the office is open. Hours are in Eastern Time. The days of the week are shownas: M = Monday, T = Tuesday, W = Wednesday, Th = Thursday, F = Friday, Sa = Saturday, Su = Sunday.Sample entries:
