Site & Floor Availability: This is the first task you will need to do before you start the floor assignment in any site.

When you open the NeTools, you will be asked to enter the user name and password. Type them and click OK.

The Ne Application will open to the overview Map of the Kingdom. This is the default view for every new user who opens the application.

First, we will need to check if the site is available in the Ne and if the floor is available. Click on Selection>Select By Attribute. The following window will open.

Go to File> Import and then select the corresponding floor plan you want to update. * Note: The file type supported for the floor plan drawings are: dwg, dxf, emf, vdf, wmf, and here we will deal with dwg and dxf format only.

You will be asked for what is the unit you to import in, either to select (mm) or (inches) depends on how the drafts man saved his drawing, in default use (inches). The new floor plan will overwrite the existing.
