FLATLAND THE BOOK

Flatland was a novella written in 1887 by Edwin A Abbott. Significantly ahead of his time, the author

writes about a fictional 2D world inhabited by shapes and uses it as a platform to make observations about

victorian society. The themes explored include mathematics, dimentionality, class, religion, sexism

and marginalisation
