For each product the right dosing technology adapted to indvidual poduct characteristics. Auger fillers in a number of variations for non-free-flowing powders, or tipping fillers for free-flowing products like granulates or pellets. All dosage types guarantee cutting-edge technology and outstanding quality and result in high output, accuracy and reliability – an absolute must for optimum protection of high-quality products.
Both our auger and tipping fillers achieve dosage speeds of up to 125 cycles per minute. Individually adjustable dosage units reliably ensure high weight accuracy, also for smaller volumes, while providing optimum product protection.Deep flat pouch filling minimizes product loss and guarantees clean sealing surfaces. A swivel mounted dosing unit ensures optimal accessibility and easy cleaning.

We support you in the packaging of your viscous products.
For the dosing of viscous liquids we use the latest generation of piston pumps. We utilize our many years of expertise in the pharmaceutical sector to achieve a higher cleaning ability during liquid filling. The combination of proven high performance and improved hygiene ensures smooth and fast filling operations up to 125 cycles per track as well as flexibility in the processing of various liquids.
The pump module operates without a seal which prevents product contamination through seal abrasion. The integrated pre-hopper impresses with its flow-enhancing design.
The dosing module consists of the dosing nozzle and customized closing mechanisms which are product-specific and ensure that the filling process is free from dripping and stringing. The dosing units are also specifically geared towards the product’s con-sistency to ensure precise dosing. The standard model with basic hygienic configura-tion includes a COP cleaning function. If required, this module can be fitted with a CIP cleaning feature for product-contacting systems for advanced hygiene, which will include also the pre-hopper and blender.

Today we frequently encounter products packaged in flat pouches, also called sachets. The reason is our fast lifestyle which demands that we increasingly need products when we are «on the move». These include food items like ketchup or salad dressing, but also cosmetics, creams and shampoos as well as medication such as painkillers which must be taken in the required dosage. Consumption has to be fast and easy, and all items are also expected to be affordable. For manufacturers aiming to increase their cost-effectiveness through maximum utilization of their packaging lines, priorities are optimal lead times and output as well as product quality. Small and attractively packaged products can be sold at a higher profit per unit compared to larger packages,
but a larger production volume can also slow down a line’s productivity. The Sigpack RN can compensate for this by effecti-vely filling up to 1,000 high-quality pouches per minute on up to eight tracks. The compact design of this pouch filling machine means that it requires fewer tracks for the same output levels than traditional machines and therefore achieves an optimization of overall productivity of the production plant and a reduction in maintenance requirements.

Carton applications from shell or flat blank, inter- mittent or continuous cartoners,side-loading or highly flexible top-loading, or even flow-wrapping operations – Bosch Packaging Systems is your competent partner for flexible solutions with output levels of around 80 – 300 units per minute. We are always aiming to provide a continuous, seamless system with minimal operating and maintenance requirements and secure interfaces.
A specially developed transfer unit links primary and secondary packaging operations and offers precise positioning without loss of pouches. It also provides 100% in-line checkweighing if required. These controls ensure optimum dosing accuracy even swhen there are variations in density. Following an adjustment of pouch levels, the pouches are prepared and stacked for secondary packaging operations.

The Sigpack RN allows a simple integration of various secondary packaging processes. Its compact, modular design means that the KG3 cartoner can be combined with the Sigpack RN pouch packaging machine while having only a small footprint. The format range can be changed over and offers a wide range of box sizes with an ordered or disordered arrangement of boxes. The KG3 has an intermittent cycle with a speed of 100 cycles per minute.

The Sigpack HCM is another turnkey secondary packaging solution from Bosch Packaging Systems.This flow wrapper offers maximum availability. Due to high format flexibility, a variety of formats can be handled. Thanks to its modular system design, the HCM horizontal secondary packaging machine forms a perfect combination with the Sigpack RNX pouch machine.
Lifetime-lubricated components and separate process and drive units contribute to the line s hygienic design. The ergonomic operating height and cantilver design provide easy access to the installation, and the machine casing ensures safety and noise protection. Operating functions like Start, Stop and Emergency Stop are located on the front side, and the swiveling operating panel allows for easy operation.
