Pragelato is 90 minutes’ drive from Turin airport. On the border of the Val Tron-cea national park, it enjoys peace and tranquillity. The Vialattea skiing area is the main attraction, with more than 400km of runs. But with the Val Tron-cea Park so near, there is also plenty of walking and snow trekking to be done. One of the legacies from the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics is a fantastic cross-country skiing network. You will not be disappointed with the offer of restau-rants, Pizzerie and pubs; there are plen-ty of local shops for all your needs, and within walking distance from the flat. There is also much to attract the sum-mer alpine visitor including a golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive together with another one a short drive away in nearby Ses-triere as well as horseriding, climb-ing, hillwalking, trekking, volleyball archery and tennis to name but a few. The balcony of our flat opens out di-

rectly to a view of the Olympic ski jump slope and is minutes walk from the Olympic cross country ski routes and the downhill pist in Pragelato.

Easy access to the entire ViaLattea is just a 5 minutes journey by car or on the lo-cal free bus to Plan; in addition to the re-mainder of the entire Olympic downhill, Super G etc. located in nearby Sestriere which is a 20 minute drive or accessed by the excellent local transport link.

A wonderful, unspoilt enclave offering all that is best about the Alpine expe-rience without the madding crowds.

The studio apartaments sleeps 5 peo-ple, providing a sofa bed in the living room and a bunker bed with an addi-tional sliding bed in the sleeping area.

Ours tudio apartments is within a chalet ideally located on the south side of the slopes ; the sun shines on our balcony throughout the day.Local shops , bar, restaurants , local fa-cilities such as the bank and farmacy are within walking distance.

The apartment is composed of a large living room with a kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area and a bathroom. A private garage is connected through internal stairs to the flat making it easy to leave your sky equipment in a secure place during the night .

The flat has central heating as well as a wooden stove; the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, and electric kettle, toaster, coffee ma-chine, etc.

The bathroom is composed of a 3 pieces suite (toilet, bidet and sink), a shower and a wardrobe for your personal be-longings.A hairdryer can be found in the ward-robe. We provide sheets and towels for each guest and a cleaning service at the end

of your stay; both services are included in the rental price.

We require a 15% deposit at the mo-ment of booking and the remaining bal-ance one week prior to the commencing of your holiday. Our preferred payment method is paypal.

On your arrival the keys can be retrievd at Rondanina immobiliare where Mrs Stabia will be happy to help you with any request you may have. The flat will be available at 3pm on the day of arrival and the keys should be dropped off at Immobiliare Stella Alpina by 11 am on departure.

! Electricity Switch: in the event of electricity failure check the switch behind the front door: if the black bar is down bring it back up as shown in picture 1; if this was not enough you can go downstairs between the two doors before the garage andlook for the electricit meter number 11: put it back on.Press the yellow T button to switch the electricity off before departure.

2 Boiler switch: make sure that the water is open before switching on the boiler.

3 Water valve: open the water valve at your arrival and close it at your departure.

4 Thermostat: put the termostat onto the snow symbol to switch off the central heating. Regulate the temperature according to your needs. We would advise to switch off the heat-ing during the night to avoit over heating and disconfort.

5 Gas Hob Valve: Rotate the upper and bigger weel anticlockwise to open the gas. Re-memebr to close it after every cooking session and at your departure. If the gas bomb emp-ties during your stay please contact Mrs Stabia.

6 Fridge : the fridge has a switch above the gas hob, please put it off on your departure and leave it slightly open as illustrated in the picture.
