Introduction
The system will capture the following processes and keep the records in respect of all the flats and other area in a particular Project.

h. Generation of Demand Letters
i. Issue of Payment receipt

k. Client request for alteration/additional facilities in the flats
l. Maintenance of schemes.

This system will also help for keeping record of the member, contact information of the member, and will send necessary notices or reminders to the member.

Process Flow of the System
Member/Applicant can register and request for holding the flat. Accessing authority will approve it and then Public Relationship Branch fills the details of the member and proceeds for booking. During booking of the flat, member details, Plan, Broker details, extra charges are captured.
Based on plan, Installment of Payment is received and the demand is generated for the flat.

Business Rules Accessing authority can select the multiple flats for approval or cancellation of the request. If flat is not booked till the last date of holding, the status of the flat will be changed and it will be available for the booking. After approval, flats will be shown for booking and filing the details of the applicant.

2. Date of booking cannot be less than date of holding.

Business Rules On click of Next button, check whether this flat is approved for booking or not, if it is approved, then the corresponding data like Book To, Area, Mobile No and Rate will auto populate. Rate can be altered by the user.
User will select Plans, enter the booking date and save the form. On click of Save & preview the agreement, draft copy of agreement will be visible. User will satisfy the draft copy and then click on Submit for final submission of booking. After successful submission, the agreement copy will visible for taking printout and the status of the flat will be allotted.
Conclusion
As an undergraduate I would like to say that this training program is an excellent opportunity for
me to get to the ground level and experience the things that we would have never gained through
going straight into a job. The main objective of the industrial training is to provide an
opportunity to undergraduates to identify, observe and practice how engineering is applicable in
the real industry. It is not only to get experience on technical practices but also to observe
management practices and to interact with fellow workers .It is easy to work with sophisticated
machines, but not with people. The only chance that an undergraduate has to have this
experience is the industrial training period. I feel I got the maximum out of that experience. Also
I learnt the way of work in an organization, the importance of being punctual, the importance of
maximum commitment, and the importance of team spirit. In my opinion, I have gained lots of
knowledge and experience needed to be successful in a great engineering challenge, as in my
opinion, Engineering is after all a Challenge, and not a Job.
