Brief description

Parker Zander, high-performance FL-series fi lters, containing VL grade fi lter elements are designed as depth-fi lters for the reliable removal of 3 µm solid particulate, whilst achieving a fi ltration performance of 99.95 % in com-pressed air or compressed nitrogen gas.

The innovative fi lter housing and fi lter element design achieve optimum fl ow characteristics at minimum pressure drop resulting in considerable cost sav-ings throughout the entire operating lifetime of the fi lter element. These fi lters are equipped as standard with a manual drain.

Highly-effi cient, borosilicate nano-fi bre media with a voids volume of 96 % ensures high dirt-holding capacity at constantly low differential pres-sure. This effi ciency is supported by deep-pleating technology enabling 4.5 times more fi ltration surface area to be incorporated into the element, when compared with conventional fi lter elements.

The fi lter-housing design has been de-signed for ease of maintenance: The deep-seated service-fl ange, supported by a pivoting hinge-joint, enables ele-ment replacement to be undertaken by a single individual.

The patented “lock-in place” fi lter elements, referred to as “Sure-Fit”, provide a secure and noticeable seal to avoid any possibility of contamina-tion by-passing the element.

Brief description

Parker Zander, high-performance FL-series fi lters, containing XL grade fi lter elements are designed as depth-fi lters for the reliable removal of 0.01 µm liquid and solid particulate, whilst achieving a fi ltration performance of 99.9999% in compressed air or compressed nitrogen gas – independently validated acc. to ISO 12500-1.

The innovative fi lter housing and fi lter element design achieve optimum fl ow characteristics at minimum pressure drop resulting in considerable cost savings throughout the entire operating lifetime of the fi lter element. These fi lters are equipped as standard with the level-sensing, electronic condensate drains from the tried and tested ED3000 series, characterized by their zero air-loss func-tion and reliable drainage of even the largest amount of oil/water condensate.

Highly-effi cient, borosilicate nano-fi bre media with a voids volume of 96 % ensures high dirt-holding capacity at constantly low differential pressure. This effi ciency is supported by deep-pleating technology enabling 4.5 times more fi ltration surface area to be incorporated into the element, when compared with conventional fi lter elements.

The fi lter-housing design has been designed for easy of maintenance: The deep-seated service-fl ange, supported by a pivoting hinge-joint, enables ele-ment replacement to be undertaken by a single individual. The dished-bottom provides ample space to drain away liquids effi ciently.

The patented “lock-in place” fi lter ele-ments, referred to as “Sure-Fit”, provide a secure and noticeable seal to avoid any possibility of contamination by-passing the element.
