DESCRIPTION
Flaherty announces he will appoint Mary Anderson, one of the deputy district attorneys he fired in January, to fill one of the deputy district attorney openings in the office. Anderson was not a party to the lawsuit against Flaherty and Deschutes County. Flaherty also announces he will hire Bend attorney Lillah McBride. July 11, 2011.
