How to Compress File Size The images we use in these tutorials are high resolution. To reduce the file size of the power point presentation do the following: 1.Click any photo. 2.Format tab> Compress Pictures 3.Choose the lowest resolution ( , 96 points per inch). 4.Apply the setting to all images in the file. 5.Click OK. 6.Check to see what the new file size is. Usually attachments must be less than 10MB.
