The Fixed & Removable Prosthodon-tics MClinDent is a comprehensive restorative dentistry course focusing on fixed and removable prosthodon-tics, designed to advance skills in com-plex multi-disciplinary dental prob-lems, including tooth wear, complex aesthetics and occlusal problems.

A key feature of this innovative blend-ed learning programme is the face-to-face hands-on training teach-ing block which takes place in the first three years. Students can choose to attend this in either London or Dubai, at state-of-the-art clinical training

Students are required to have access to adequate clinical facilities and to patients requiring treatment relevant to the subject area.

Programme Director for the internationally popular MClinDent (Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics) now in its 22nd year with graduates in over 60 countries practicing a higher level of clini-cal dentistry.

In the past, Brian set up the highly successful MSc blended learning programmes in Aesthetic Dentistry and Advanced General Dental Practice at King's, and established overseas training options for Prosthodontics.

Dr Fariha Hussain has been teaching at King’s College London at undergraduate and postgraduate levels since 2008.

As Deputy Programme Director for the Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics MClinDent course, she is responsible for course design, delivery and hands-on training of this master's programme which is delivered by a blend of online and face-to-face teaching.

Dr Hussain is an examiner for BDS finals and postgraduate master's courses. She is also involved in the provision of contin-uing professional development courses for general dentists.

Minimum requirementsA dental qualification acceptable to the College and employment as a den-tist in a dental practice, dental school, hospital, or community dental services environment.

Adequate clinical facilities and access to patients requiring treatment rele-vant to your subject area.

Approved photography equipment, as part of the monitoring process (ad-vice on this will be given in the first intensive face-to-face session).
