PILATES STRETCH Pilates with a focus on exercises that cultivate flexibility, alignment, and strength throughout the whole body.
GENTLE STRIDES Low impact strength and flexibility training for our young-hearted individuals. Great for preventing common injuries from everyday activities. Highly recommended for seniors!
HYDRO FIT Embrace the aqua challenge and sculpt your body with liquid resistance! This water workout improves strength & cardiovascular endurance without straining the joints.
YOGA FLOW A flowing, dynamic class linking yoga postures with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for your practice. Cultivate flexibility, strength, and breath awareness, all while deeply connecting to yourself.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING Train ALL the major muscle groups for better strength, cardio, and agility in this awesome total body workout.
YOGALATES A classic infusion of Yoga and Pilates providing the ultimate full body strength, stretch and posture routine.
ROCKOUT WORKOUTMove to the music and get toned with a variety of dynamic exercises using modalities of weights, barre, balls, bands, and other creative methods in a class suitable for all levels!
