Fitness class and course information all classes and fitness courses are subject to availability. Full payment is required at time of booking

please check in at reception and obtain a ticket which must be handed to the class instructor to help the timetable run to schedule, please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class. If you

arrive late for your class you may be refused entry spinning class - all first time cyclists, please arrive early to be advised on correct bike set up if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, please provide us with six hours notice of

cancellation so we can offer the space to another customer charges may be applied if insufficient notice is given or if the activity is not attended. This also

applies to members please turn your mobile phone off whilst taking part in the class/activity all customers must sign a Health Commitment Statement before commencing any

exercise programme/activity Circuit Training - please note, under 16’s squad athletes may attend the Wednesday 18:30 session Fitness courses start week commencing: 22nd May, 3rd July and 14th August. Full payment is
