Partridge has been an innovator in hook design over the past hundred

years and this past year we have focused on the re-introduction of

classics into our range, not just to fill our range with old patterns

but developing them as new fishing classics – so you will see

re-incarnations of the classic H1A, new straight-eyed Grub / Emerger

patterns and Heritage Streamers and as progressive hook makers we continue to travel in new directions

with the Predator and Saltwater palettes. We aim to include

complete ranges of hook sizes from small to large and have introduced

several 10/0 sizes to help land the monster specimens that you fish for.

From time-to-time in the coming year we will be introducing limited edition colours on certain patterns like red, blue and green, silver and

gold - these will usually be at the request of customers, so do follow

us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our website to keep up to date

with developments. If you need our patterns, ask a dealer to get them

for you!

There’s an old saying “use it or lose it” that is particularly poignant

these days. Tackle stores (indeed all retailers) are closing down the

world over. With this in mind, I would like urge you to support

your local stores and fly tying communities!! It is up to us all,

as individuals, to ensure that the Art of Fly Dressing moves from

generation to generation, further, we need to care for the waters

we fish, for as custodians of the environment, it’s time we gave back

to Mother Nature some love and passion that we invest in other

pastimes and sports and to invest in our water resources to ensure that they remain pristine for the

next generation!!
