Subarea 13-20 to 13-21 and that portion of Subarea 13-22 described as those waters in Bute Inlet from the RCA boundary sign at Littleton Point across to the opposite shore at 50° 49.9N and 124° 51.63W.

Only a single-pointed barbless hook may be used. The use of natural bait is prohibited. No person shall angle with a fishing line or downrigger line to which is attached a) a weight that is greater than 168 grams/6 ounces; or b) an attracting device that is not affixed directly to the hook [Licence Condition].

In Subareas 13-3 and 13-5, those waters of Discovery Passage and the Campbell River inside of a line starting at the fishing boundary sign at Orange Point located at 50°04.392’N by 125°16.608’W, then northeasterly to a point in the middle of the channel located at 50°04.392’N by 125°15.510’W, then southeasterly to a point located at 50°00.507’N by 125°12.859’W, then southwesterly to the fishing boundary sign on the southern end of Hidden Harbour breakwater located at 50°00.504’N by125°13.945’W.

In Subarea 13-5, inside those waters bounded by a line starting at a point located at 50°02.7000’N by 125°14.9167’W (as aligned with the no propeller sign on the beach), then northeasterly to a point located at 50° 02.7833’N by 125°14.7167’W, then northwesterly to a point located at 50°03.1667’N by 125°15.1333’W, then westerly to a point located at 50°03.05000’N by 125°15.2833’W, then southerly to the starting point. (These waypoints have been converted to Degrees, Decimal Minutes from the Transport Canada Vessel Operation Restriction Regulations under the Canada Shipping Act)
