We have been part of the TRS-ActiveCare program since 2003 and currently cover more than 11,000 school employees and their dependents.
We are a hospital-based health plan, founded in 1985 and are owned by Covenant Health System in Lubbock, Texas and Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas.
We focus exclusively on the Texas market and have offices in Abilene, Amarillo, Lubbock, and Waco.
Our local presence in each of our regions enables us to provide the level of service you and your family deserve.
