First, update the latest Citrix receiver.

If you use an old version, please remove it.

1. Go to control panel and uninstall old Citrix Receiver.

2. Go https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/windows/receiver-for-windows-latest.html

3. Click on ‘Receiver 4.10.1 LTSR for Windows’.

4. Download and install the file.

1. Upgrade your Citrix Receiver.

2. If the message occurs in spite of you perform step 1.

2-1. Log off heip.hmm21.com.

2-2. Go to https://heip.hmm21.com/vpn/resources/RDS_LIC_DEL.zip

2-3. Unzip RDS_LIC_DEL.zip file.

2-4. Right click RDS_License_REG_DEL.bat and select Run As Administrator.

2-5. If this file is executed normally, you can find one of messages below.

or

If you cannot find one of these messages, select Run As Administrator again.

2-6. Log on heip.hmm21.com and click applications you want.

2. Server Screen Appearance

path : ‘C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client’ or ‘C:\Program Files(x86)\Citrix\ICA Client’

Open a wfrun32 and OK.

4. Terminal Server License Error

2. Go to https://heip.hmm21.com/vpn/resources/RDS_LIC_DEL.zip

3. Unzip RDS_LIC_DEL.zip file.

4. Right click RDS_License_REG_DEL.bat and select Run As Administrator.

5. If this file is executed normally, you can find one of messages below.

6. Log on heip.hmm21.com and click applications you want.

5. SSL error 61

Symptom

Solution

1. Go to https://heip.hmm21.com/vpn/resources/Certificates.zip

2. Upzip Certificated.zip.

3. Install a chain certificate.

Select Intermediate Certificate Authorities.

4. Install a root certificate.

Select to Trusted Root Certificate Authorities.

6. File Dowload Permission

1. Go to Windows tray and find Citrix Receiver icon.

2. Right click on Citrix Receiver icon and select Connection Center.

3. Select Preferences.

4. Select Read and write on File Access tab.

** The location of the Preferences button is dependent on Citrix Receiver version.

7. Unable to connect to the server.

(Error: There is no Citrix SSL server configured on the specified address)

The cause of this message is network problem between your region and Korea.

8. the GAUS logon window is not centered on screen

(using dual monitor)

Symptom

Solution

Verify that the percentages of both sizes are the same.

If the setting is like this, you have to adjust from 100% to 125% on monitor 1

or you have to adjust from 125% to 100% on monitor 2.
