• 200+ Customers have upgraded to Banner 9

• Hundreds of customers are already testing Banner 9 applications

• Customers are dropping over 50% of custom modifications under the new Banner 9, increasing efficiency

• Most Banner 9 customer environments are available for use in an average of 7 months, with some as soon as 4 months. Tabatha has been working on our Oracle environment since September 2017, and with the Ellucian specific installation since January 2018.

• More than 2,400 institutions in 40 countries rely on Ellucian to help enable the mission of higher education for over 18 million students.

TIMELINE

• End user training with train the trainer approach April & May 2018

• Anticipated Go-Live May 29, 2018

• Should we encounter “technical difficulties”, the soft go-live date may have to shift forward. But we are fully dedicated to trying to meet the May deadline.

• May-December 2018 continued improvements to the new environment including report conversion on a new report platform. This will be discussed with our team leads (trainers) more in the coming weeks.
