Plate Joining Equipment Butt Welding Equipment

This equipment is used to align and join main plates of ship panel block which are cut by CNC cutting machine. It controls alignment, gap and step between plates to join them by tack welding.

This equipment is used to weld main plates which come from the previous stage of plate Joining by Submerged Arc Welding(SAW). It has a special function of cross seam welding.Grooving(V single bevel) on seam position is not necessary up to 25mm depth.

Crane Turn Over System Flip Turn Over System Longi. Fit-up Equipment

There are two types of turn over system for steel plate which are CTO(Crane Turn Over) and FTO(Flip Turn Over)system. CTO use overhead crane and FTO use flip boom for turning over steel plate. These systems are used for turning over steel plate which comes from front side butt welding stage and pass it to back side butt welding stage.One of this system can be chosen after considering factory condition and work type preference.

Harbor Crane is a type of large dockside gantry crane found at container terminals for loading and unloading intermodal containers from container ships.
