Guest speaker Alan Cumming, Scottish Women's Hospitals website Commemoration of the women in foreign medical missions in Serbia during the Great War who risked and sacrificed their lives in Serbia and related fronts. Some of them continued to support the Serbs even after the war had ended, most significantly, Lady Paget. Since 2017 marks the centenary of Dr Elsie Inglis' death, the commemoration will pay a special tribute to her life.

Graham Perolls, Founder of Hospices of Hope, the leading provider of palliative care in south-east Europe whose mission is to support the development of hospice care services and education in South East Europe and has been working with its Serbian country partner BELhospice since 2004. Hospices of Hope is now looking to establish the first in-patient teaching hospice in Serbia in Belgrade. This 12 bed unit will provide a Centre of Excellence in the capital that will offer multi-disciplinary holistic care to terminally ill patients, particularly those with more complex needs.

The festival, run by pianists Marina Petrov and Maya Jordan, gives great opportunity to represent many Serbian composers as well.
