High-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) sprayers use a high volume of air to help break-up the paint and push it into the nozzle. An additional low-pressure air stream is transmitted through the nozzle, meeting the paint creating a fine, mist-like spray pattern. This results in a sprayer that produces minimal overspray, making it a good choice for interior or detail work.

HVLP sprayers also provide the highest level of transfer efficiency. This means more paint reaches the spraying surface, resulting in less masking and dust sheet usage.

Some contractors claim that AAA (Air-Assisted Airless) is slower than airless, not realizing that if you turn-off the compressor on an AAA and turn up the fluid pressure, you are essen-tially running a 225 bar airless machine.The Air-Assist simply gives you the ability to run products efficiently in lower pressure ranges, which is desirable for fine finishes. And having a 18 liter supply capacity gives AAA a production advantage over HVLP on larger scale tasks, but with similar transfer efficiency and finish quality.

The EasyMax can be used as a maintenance gun to repaint objects, to repair walls sprayed before with a normal paint sprayer, to spray paint jobs up to maximum 50 m2. The ideal tool to spray rooms with different colour walls, ceilings, (garage) doors, radiators, cabinets, carports, garden sheds, fences, staircases, furniture (new or renovation), etc...
