CQUNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPSCQUNIVERSITY OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF SCHOLARSHIPS PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS.Benefi t from access to a wide range of scholarships, awards and fi nancial assistance programs. Receiving a scholarship not only looks good on your résumé, but may open the door to other benefi ts and opportunities, such as industry contacts and work experience.
When it comes to scholarships, there is no ‘one size fi ts all’ as individual scholarships and bursaries are tailored to meet the needs of different students and their circumstances. A common misconception is that scholarships are only available
for students with very high academic grades. While some scholarships are based on academic merit, there are plenty of others that focus on different criteria such as program of study, home location, community engagement or low personal or family income.
This guide includes an overview of some of the many scholarships available. For more information, including scholarship guidelines, application forms and closing dates please visit cqu.edu.au/scholarships.
