FINANCIAL PARTNER
Your goals. Your life plan.
Our commitment.
IT IS A THEME THAT REMINDS US OF WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO. But what does it mean exactly? Many people
hear the word “wealth” and think money, but that only tells part of the story.
Wealth is far greater than entries in a portfolio or account balance.
Wealth is the power to make things happen. It has the capacity to turn goals
into reality. It changes the question from “if” to “when.” It opens up the road
less traveled and says “go explore.” Wealth has the power to enrich life for
you and your family.
But most important, wealth is what it means to you. For some, it is the means
to a quiet life in the country. For others, it means globetrotting to the corners
of the earth, or building a family legacy or corporate empire. Wealth is the
freedom to make the decisions that are best for you.
While we focus on managing and growing your wealth, what we are really
doing is helping you build freedom to achieve the life you want to live.
That is what drives us to work diligently on your behalf. That is what keeps
us passionate.
The numbers on the statement tell one story. Hearing the stories from our
clients as they live the lives they imagined – that is the story that lets us
know we are doing things right. By building wealth, we know what we are
really doing is building the freedom to make it all possible.
WEALTH IS FREEDOMYou will hear that a lot from us.
There is no assurance that these strategies will be successful. Investing involves risks including the potential for capital losses.
Asset allocation does not guarantee a profit nor protect against losses.
EXECUTIVES & CEOS You have spent your career in the corporate
world and, because of it, need to address
complex financial matters such as managing
stock options and concentrated equities. We
can provide a comprehensive financial plan
to manage your investments and mitigate
your tax burden, while also addressing estate
planning, generational wealth transfer and
charitable giving.
ENTREPRENEURS We help busy entrepreneurs pursue
their unique venture and vision, creating
strategies designed to help their enterprises
grow and succeed. We can help you find
access to working capital and establish
a company retirement plan designed to
attract and retain quality employees. If and
when you are ready to sell or transition from
your business, we can help you manage
this succession plan.
PHYSICIANS Our team of financial professionals is
experienced in managing the financial
issues that impact physicians such as
safeguarding your assets from liability
risks. Maintaining your standard of living,
providing for your family and generating
income with minimal tax consequences
are other important concerns that we
address for you.
ENTERTAINERS Entertainers can have highly variable
incomes. Their annual earnings can be
subject to outside influences such as
changing cultural tastes, TV ratings and
movie box office results. In addition to
financial planning, we can help with other
essential matters such as budgeting and
cash flow management, tax planning, and
risk analysis and management.
PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES The career of a professional athlete is unique
in that there are high earnings concentrated
over a relatively short period of time. While
you may retire from your professional athletic
career with significant wealth, the goal is
to make it endure and provide post-career
income throughout your life. We are highly
experienced in providing the financial
counsel and strategies designed to
do just that.
INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS We help nonprofits, foundations and
endowments fulfill their worthy missions
by providing vital services such as
investment policy statement development,
portfolio construction and management,
asset management, strategic planning, cash
flow management, corporate retirement
plans and fiduciary guidance.
SUCCESS AND THE WEALTH IT GENERATES can create
complexities and priorities that must be carefully addressed. Our financial professionals
apply more than 75 years of combined industry experience to serve the specialized
needs of all our clients, from high-net-worth individuals and families to institutions
and organizations. It’s a team ready and prepared to implement individual strategies
and offer sound guidance specifically tailored to you, and your goals and aspirations.

RAYMOND JAMES
Raymond James is one of the
largest independent financial
services firms in the United States.
Since its beginning in 1962, it
has always been a different kind
of company – embracing long-
term planning and methodical
decision-making while staying
uncompromisingly client-focused.
While other firms simply bought
and sold stocks or mutual funds,
Raymond James focused on
financial planning for the individual.
It was the first firm to pioneer that
concept, and today supports its
advisors with access to a full range
of comprehensive resources.
Raymond James supports our solutions-based planning approach
Investments are a means to an end, whether the goal is a comfortable retirement,
a grandchild’s education or a legacy for future generations. That’s why we have
chosen to work with a firm that is goal-based, not transaction-focused.
Backed by the wide array of resources, investments and tools available through
Raymond James, we’re well-positioned to determine how to effectively address
your needs, develop appropriate strategies, construct well-crafted portfolios and
help you achieve your financial goals.
Our recommendations stem from a comprehensive assessment of your

with your long-term goals and the amount and type of risk you can
comfortably and appropriately assume.

WE BELIEVE THAT HOLISTIC WEALTH MANAGEMENT is most effective when
it involves every aspect of your life. We look at each client’s “big picture” in terms of four different pillars:
Lifestyle, assets, risk and liability.
In a fee-based account clients pay a quarterly fee, based on the level of assets in the account, for the services of a financial advisor as part of an
advisory relationship. In deciding to pay a fee rather than commissions, clients should understand that the fee may be higher than a commission
alternative during periods of lower trading. Advisory fees are in addition to the internal expenses charged by mutual funds and other investment
company securities. To the extent that clients intend to hold these securities, the internal expenses should be included when evaluating the costs
of a fee-based account. Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their
needs. A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule, is available in the firm's Form ADV Part 2A as well as the client agreement.
Diversification and asset allocation do not ensure a profit or guarantee against loss.
ENABLING THE INTELLIGENT INVESTORWe are committed to your goals and objectives.
What are your dreams?
Implement
After you have approved your wealth plan,
we will work closely with you to implement
it, bringing an objective approach and paying
special attention to how the various parts of
your plan can affect, enhance and integrate
with each other. Wherever appropriate, we
will suggest seeking additional, in-depth
advice on particularly complex issues such
as family dynamics, estate planning, lending,
tax planning strategies and more. This may
include collaborating with your accounting,
legal and insurance professionals. Whatever
approach we decide on, the team will help
you keep your investments on track and your
dreams at the forefront.
Review and Monitor
Our review process is transparent and done
each month, with quarterly reviews. We believe
that ongoing communication is a vital component
of our relationship with you, and we are committed
to staying on top of your changing financial needs.
Your financial documents provide the foundation
for regular meetings, and the team will review your
portfolio at your request whenever you feel that
your circumstances have changed. We will then
seek to ensure that your assets are positioned
according to your evolving needs. If necessary, we
will suggest adjustments to your strategy to address
changes in your circumstances or objectives.
Discover
Before our first meeting, we suggest that you take
a fresh inventory of your wealth, including where
each asset is located and what it is worth. At that
meeting, we will begin by exploring what matters
most to you and fully understand what you want
to accomplish with your wealth. We will talk about
you, the kind of lifestyle you enjoy, what worries
you and what you are passionate about. Our
conversation will also explore your values, key
relationships, family dynamics and the objectives
of how these can create multigenerational
success. That way, our team can help you
determine how all the facets of your financial
situation could dovetail effectively.
Analyze and Recommend
Based on our discussion, the team will analyze
your personal and financial information – including
assets and liabilities – assess risks and identify
potential threats to your financial health. We will
conduct a review of your company, including
business evaluation and a comprehensive
workup on cash flow analysis. We will present
you with a personalized plan that can help
address your income and cash flow needs,
borrowing requirements, asset protection,
retirement planning, wealth transfer, philanthropy
and other areas beyond investment management.
By taking the additional time to carefully review
these topics, we hope to make you comfortable
with proposed investment strategies and service
providers before implementing your wealth plan.
DEVELOPING YOUR LIFE PLANCharting a prudent course to financial independence requires a well-conceived, personalized plan with
well-defined, long-term goals. Our four-step wealth advisory consultative process can help you design a

2015 Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors
2016 Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors
2017 Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors
Winner's Circle, a Barron's research organization, produced the rankings based on data provided by over 4,000 individual advisors and their firms. Advisor data is confirmed via regulatory databases, cross-checks with securities firms and conversations with individual advisors. Among the factors considered for rankings are assets under management, revenue that the advisors generate for their firms and the quality of their practices. Data points that relate to quality of practice include length of service, designations held, services beyond investments offered including estates and trusts, and an evaluation of each advisor's regulatory record, etc. Investment performance is not an explicit component because not all advisors have audited results and because performance figures often are influenced more by client's risk tolerance than by an advisors' investment picking abilities. The ranking may not be representative of any one client's experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of future performance. Neither Raymond James nor any of it's financial advisors pay a fee in exchange for this award/rating. Barron's is not affiliated with Raymond James.
