Duties of Finance Ministry

• Count and deposit weekly contribution• Pay the bills • Make journal entries to document

transactions• Prepare financial statements and

present at monthly meetings• Prepare annual budget with input from

deacons and elders • Plan for future

• Tim Steele – Corporate Treasurer• Bob Burd and Bob Messer – sign checks, review

financial reports, ask questions• Rosea Elliott – counts weekly contribution, inputs

accounting entries into software, fills out checks, aggregates receipts/invoices

• Nathan Bochmann – monitors bank accounts prepares financial stmts, present at monthly mtg

• Junior Morgan – counts weekly contribution • Royce Hammitt – can sign checks in case Bob &

Bob are gone

What I Have Learned?

Totally invested in this walk with Jesus. Jesus does not want a commitment that only expects blessings. He wants a person that considers what expectations he (Jesus) has for his followers.
