01Our approach emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety for students, which regulates them so that they rebuild a sense of control and empowerment.
To keep conduct referrals down, we need more time to equip staff with the tools to navigate trauma-related behaviors in class.
When we empower teachers, we increase their productivity and enhance their ability to meet the diverse needs of students.
