Your Presenter: Endrea Frazier Endrea Frazier currently serves as Vice President of Legion Design/Campbell & Associates (Legion Design). Ms. Frazier has over 15 years of engineering design, project and construction management experience. As VP, Ms. Frazier’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, business development, government relations, and marketing strategies. Additionally, she serves as President for the Architects and Engineer’s Council (AE Council), an industry organization that works to promote the utilization of local, minority and small engineering firms in the District of Columbia. Endrea Frazier received a BS in Civil Engineering from Howard University.
