1-IDENTIFY VACANCY
When you find a job announcement of interest, read it carefully. The announcement
provides information about the position.
For example.
The job profile,
Duties,
Location,
Qualification Requirements,Number of vacancy and the job vacancy details.

2-PREPARE JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
A job specification is a detailed description of the role, including all
responsibilities, objectives and requirements.
. A person specification is a profile of your ideal new employee, including skills, experience and
personality type.
Mention all role and Responsibilities in JD.
Do not make mistakes and misrepresentation.
Avoid copy pest in job description
Put yourself efforts to create perfect job description.
Use professional writing technique to write JD.
3-Advertising the vacancy
Pay for the job post, via news paper, online pay job websites etc
Free job post= via free job post websites, cover huge candidates via social
networks and may ways.
