CONCEPT:

The Art of Furniture Design, especially Futuristic Design brings a unique opportunityto see the future of the furniture and décor accessories.To simplify, Futuristic design takes risks and create spaces that are challenging yet comfortable.

IDEA:

To design a hotel room with a futuristic approach. The idea is based on adopting minimalisticApproach and create a space that gives a floating feeling.

● Huge Ceiling.● Adding a flow to the space by avoiding Sharpness and introduction of Curves in various

elements of the room.● The room should provide a sense of openness yet enclosed with the curves running

throughout the walls which provides a sense of security.● Diffused LED lights running along the curves compliments the space, making it look soft.● Elevated Furniture.● Multi-functionality of Furniture.● Use of one colour: White.

1.Window: Multifunctional Window which serves as a desk/coffee table when open (height from the floor is 750mm) and becomes a part of the wall panel when closed. The window is fixed with pull down hydraulic hardware.

2. Elevated wall hung bed fixed withWall Fasteners, underlit with LED Lights to give a floating effect.The sides of the bed base extends to the wall on both the sides.

3. Elevated wall hung Curved Shelves fixed withWall Fasteners, underlit with LED Lights brings the lightness to the room.The Shelves are designed to incorporate TV screen, Accessories, Books Electronic equipment.
