Implement the safety & environmental-protection policy of the company.

Motivate the crew in the observation of that policy.

Issue appropriate orders & instructions in clear & simple manner.

Verify that specified requirements are observed.

Review the HSEQ management system & reporting to Marine Ops. Div.

Report the defects to Marine Ops. Div. & other matters with implications for safe operations or

pollution risk.

Appraise & coordinate on board training requirements.

Ensure that HSEQ-MS & all relevant records are available all the times.

Ensure safe & pollution free operations of the ship.

Act Adma Marine Rep: On Diving Vessel for pre engineering survey and anode sled replacement

Ensure All risk assessment took in place Ensure Adma Hse Regulations followed by Divers and contractor RA Meeting with Diving superintendent and Field engineer. Daily Progress Report (DPR) to Adma Abu Dhabi Office/ Marine + Construction PMT. Ensure safe Marine operation for vessel set up.

Reporting to Adma marine and follow pre-set anchors for Diving Location Ensure All Marine Activities in Accordance with Adma- Opco Standing Instruction. Ensure Vessel’s Master and officers maintaining effective communications with Complex

and MCC.

Ensure All Divers aware of the facilities Inspected. Ensure that RA of the project effective and took place.
