It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 18th National CA Conference -2021 (NatCon'21) to be held under the patronage of 'Continuing Profession Education(CPE) Committee' of ICAI. The event will take place on November26th and 27th at the Mayfair Convention, Bhubaneswar. Every year, each National Conference is unique. It varies in its structure and fundamental quality depending on the perspective and appreciation of each member of ICAI, but one thing is for sure, all National Conferences have a common denominator: the committed, hardworking, and dedicated members from the different committees who tirelessly work together to meticulously prepare every detail all for one objective… a successful National Conference.
NatCon'21 will provide an excellent opportunity for members in practice and from Industry to connect, network and discuss how to develop innovative ideas and feasible solutions that will address the growing needs of the stakeholders and regulators to develop and sustain a holistic eco-system.
NatCon'21 will attract hundreds of professionals in practice and from taking part in the different facets of the conference as sponsors, exhibitors, presenters and speakers or simply as delegates.
The technical lecture will feature specialized topics best suited to meet the needs of professionals and relevant with time. Some of the main topics that will be addressed during the technical lecture of the conference are critical issues in Direct tax and GST, CARO'2020, Pre-Pack Insolvency process, Crypto Currency, bitter and better issues of the profession, and deliberations from the Industry leaders.
Before I end, let me thank all the lovely and energetic chairs and co-chairs of various committees for your commitment and dedication to makethe NatCon'21 memorable one. As Change Makers, let us work together and strive to make the meaningful changes we hope to bring into the profession and society.
This year, we are going to have a different kind of National Conference that we are not used to: the one of its kind Hybrid National Conference due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, in compliance with the gathering restrictions imposed by the government, for safety and precautionary
purposes.
The theme selected for NatCon'21 is “अभ्युदय” “Abhyudaya” with the tag line 'engage, envision and execute' and its objective is to create a forum for facilitating the exchange of practical experiences in all aspects of profession in addition to seeking solutions to the various challenges that professionals face.
I look forward to welcoming all of you at NatCon'21.With my best and warm regards,
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the members of Bhubaneswar branch of Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for hosting the 18th National Chartered Accountants' Conference – 2021 at Bhubaneswar. This conference is unique in itself as it is for the first time being organized in physical as well as in virtual mode, rendering no limit to the number of participation unlike earlier years.
Welcoming you all to this mega event of the CA, for the CA and by the CA….
The theme “Abhyudaya …. Engage, Envision and Execute” is aptly chosen considering the current socio-economic scenario. This annual congregation covering the selected technical topics most significant to the time, with the learned speakers of national repute and of course with the vibrant participants, I am sure is going to be one of its kinds to engage all of us to envision and execute to rise above all.
