Columbia Chemical’s COLFIN Rinse-Aid RI is a new additive formulated to reduce drying time and inhibit flash rust on any un- plated surfaces of parts during the final rinse cycle. COLFIN Rinse-Aid RI provides maximum sheeting of water by lowering sur- face tension, which greatly re- duces drying time on the finished work. The Sentry Filtration System of- fers users a choice of filter media (either cartridges or horizontal disks) to provide efficient removal of particles or organic impurities from a wide range of chemicals and plating solutions to 160°F. Filter chambers are constructed of rubber-lined steel to withstand acid solutions and can accommo- date up to 240 lo-in. cartridges with 840 ft’ of surface area for solids loading. Flow rates from 7,200 to 19,000 gph. The new de- sign allows for field conversion from cartridges to disks to meet the user’s particular require- ments.
