The Carbon/Resin Canister is used on a four-in-one, in-tank sys- tem that pumps, filters, agitates, and treats plating and related solu- tions. The reusable canister is most often filled with carbon to remove organic impurities such as bright- ener breakdown products, mas- kants, and photoresists. It can also be filled with an ion-exchange resin to remove metals. The canis- ter has a porous polypropylene shell, internal reusable filter media, and machined head for secure mounting. It is easily disassembled, emptied, cleaned, and refilled.

Chemco’s Aluminized Silver Shield by EC0 powder coating filter cartridges have an extremely high recovery rate, retaining only 2 to 3 pounds of reclaimable powder. Aluminized cartridges are nonlinting, with no costly rejects and reworking due to paint contamination caused by linting. The cartridges have a pulse pressure of only 40 psi, resulting in 50% or more savings on compressed air, and sub- stantial noise reduction. The car- tridge medium will not fail in normal abrasion or handling conditions. It also provides longer life because you can wash and reuse cartridges.
