Features
The only manufacturer which has over 30 years of experience, and specialize in remove dust, water and oil.
The special oleophobic borosilicate media can capture 96% of particle, which can increase flow rate, decrease pressure drop and enhance service life.
Outer and inner stainless steel supporting structure strengthen the fluctuation pressure capability, and it has high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant features due to the protection of outer layer's fiber.
Designed by AutoCAD software, it has an advantage of lower pressure drop, and also has positive void coefficient between housing and cartridge in order to prevent oil and water into downstream.
Aluminum alloy outer shell with epoxy resin and electrostatic coating extend the service life for 10 years or more.
Auto-drain valves, differential pressure equipment and gauge are included. Have wide range of filtration, from primary, oil even to bacteriologic filtration.

1. High Nitrile ‘O’ Rings ensure perfect sealing within the filter housing whilst withstanding high temperatures of over 120ºC (250ºF).
2. Corrosion Resistant End Caps Injection moulded from nylon then bonded to the filter core with a quick setting two part polyurethane potting resin for maximum strength.
3. Stainless Steel perforated support cylinders, twice as strong as galvanised steel, can withstand 7 bar (100 psig) in either direction.
4. Particulate Pre-filtration on both sides of the media pack offers protection with air flow in either direction. This non-woven fabric also enhances the strength of the filter pack and increases filter life.
5. Borosilicate Microfibre Glass is used to manufacture the media pack. This material, with a bonded structure, withstands high temperatures, is completely inert and is immune to degradation. With sub micron fibre diameters and an extremely high voids volume it is available in different grades for varying efficiency.
7. Polyester Fibre Drainage Sleeve, used for over twenty years, has now become industry standard. This polyester material collects coalesced oil from the media pack and allows it to gravitate down to the quiet zone of the filter bowl thus preventing any oil carryover. This material has a high tensile strength and withstands all the demands of compressed air filtration.
6. Extra Stainless Steel inner support on larger reverse flow elements is provided by the addition of a coil spring spot welded to the inner cylinder. This feature ensures these elements meet the demands of “outside to in” flow and do not rupture causing downstream contamination.
8. Quality Control full traceability is provided by ink jet marking specific manufacturing codes on every filter element complying with our ISO 9001 manufacturing procedures.

Theory
① Gravimetric Sedimentation: Generally affects only larger particles of approximately 2 microns or larger, and is usually a contributor to capture efficiency only at low flow rates. ② Inertial Impaction: Capturing smaller particles which keep changing direction with the flow of impurities ③ Direct Interception : Particles larger than the mean pore size of the filter media (approximately 0.1 microns) will simply impact directly onto the surface of the fiber matrix. ④ Diffusion (Brownian Motion) 、Electrostatic : Capturing tiny particles by Van der waals force (static electricity and vacuum suction)
Element design incorporates a new sleeve material which provides improved drainage performance.
