FILTRATION SYSTEM

SERFILCO Ltd., Northbrook, Ill.

SERFILCO offers its new PDX polypropylene Mega-Flo Filtration Systems for plating and other aqueous processes to 180°F. These systems fea- ture nonmetallic solution contact and a high-ca- pacity filter chamber holding 18 filter cartridges 20 to 50 in. long, allowing flow rates to 21,000 gph. The systems are part of a SERFILCO program to use the new PDX material in pumps, filter cham- bers, and filter systems to provide uses with the chemical resistance properties of polypropylene and the higher temperature capabilities offered by the PDX material.
