The syringe bodies will be unpacked, replaced isolated on the feeding device. The syringe bodies

will be supplied via conveyor to the washing machine .

In the washing machine the syringe bodies will be washed, dried, siliconized and replaced to the

transport segments and after that collected in the special transport boxes.

The filled transport boxes go to the steam sterilizator, where they are sterilised according to the

given programm.

The sterilized syringe bodies are feeding to the filling and closing machine in transport boxes.

After that they will be closed with the needle protecting cap, stelilized with gas, fiiled and closed

with stopper for ampoule.

The filled syringe bodies will be automatically or manually controlled for the complet set and

damage.

The rod syringes will be inserted into the filled and controlled ampoules and after that labeled.

The ready-fitted syringes are first transfered to the transport boxes and then feeded to the packing

line.
